Malolactic fermentation and aging in French
oak barrels for 11 months.
TASTING NOTES
Ripe cherry red in colour, intense and wellstructured. Powerful aromas of ripe fruits,
roasted coffee and spices. Ripe & mature on
the palate, powerful and elegant with a long
and persistent finish.
STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION
Storage temperature and consumptionshould be around 15° C. Avoid variations in
temperature to ensure optimum
preservation of the wines organoleptic
qualities.
