Controlled temperature maceration with 3 batonages per day, 20 days maceration. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting notes
- Appearance: Red claret of middle layer, light.
- Nose: Aromatically high intensity, highly complex in spicy notes, leather, leaf snuff, coffee, autolytic aromas and a background of red fruit with mineral memories
- Palate: Medium bodied mouth, round and balanced tanins-alcohol-acidity. Medium long finish. Decanting is advised
