100 % estate- grown grapes from our vineyards in La Seca.
The grapes come from 10 year old verdejo and 40 year old
viura vines. Most of them are trellised and machineharvested
at night. The soils are poor in nutrients, with a
topsoil of rolling stones over a subsoil of clay.
Grapes selected at their optimum moment of ripening are
mechanically harvested at night to preserve them from
oxidation. The must is then extracted using a hydraulic
press. Temperature- controlled fermentation at < 15 Cº
for up to three weeks.
Youthful, pale straw yellow, showing youth. Delicate nose,
with notes of citrus fruit and pear, aromatic herbs and
hints of minerality. Tangy and refreshing mouthfeel, crisp
acidity and freshness. Medium-bodied, with lingering pear
and gooseberry flavours.
It is a great wine to enjoy by the glass. Serve chilled (6-
8ºC). Enjoy on its own, with seafood, grilled fish, ceviche,
sashimi, etc. It will suit any type of delicate flavours, just
